The total content is 76 words. Focusing on the cultivation of employees and establishing a professional concept, we guide the employees around the seven professional characteristics of "professionalism, dedication, standardization, execution, responsibility, loyalty, and dedication", and hire professional training institutions to provide professional qualities, professional qualities and Professional training to enhance execution; 2010 has been a rich stage. As the company grows and develops to a new stage, corporate culture must also be upgraded and developed to meet the company's development and social needs.
Regarding the content and connotation of Xinyang culture, the chairman started from the concept of corporate culture, summed up Xinyang culture as "entrepreneurship culture, innovation culture, professional culture, harmonious culture", and summarized the core concept of Xinyang culture as "entrepreneurship innovation, Professional dedication, harmony and happiness". The chairman believes that entrepreneurship and innovation are the core of Xinyang culture, which is not only reflected in the development of Xinyang in the past ten years, but also will lead the development of Xinyang in the next few decades; professional dedication is the most basic requirement of professional culture.
