SYD series include two types of delfashing solution. One is hot immersion deflashing solution and the other one is electro-deflashing solution. It is mainly used in process of removing molding flashes for integrated circuits devices. Through removing the molding flash on leadframes, the reliability and yield of plating will increase significantly. At same time, it will also improve the appearance of the devices.
