On January 1, 2025, the SAP system of Hefei Sinyang was officially launched, marking a solid step forward for the company on the path of digital transformation. Since its initiation on September 18, 2024, the project has undergone months of meticulous preparation and intensive implementation, achieving the go-live target as scheduled and injecting strong impetus into the company's business development.

The project has delivered remarkable outcomes. Not only was the entire scope completed within budget, but it also achieved multiple "from-scratch" innovative breakthroughs in business processes, including functions such as the barcode system, freight platform, procurement reconciliation platform and tripartite transactions. The project has completed over 200 functional developments and optimizations in total, covering business reports, interfaces, label documents and other aspects, effectively driving the automation and intelligent upgrading of business operations.

During the project advancement, the team organized a total of 81 business communication sessions, with cumulative meeting hours reaching 197. Through efficient collaboration, problems were solved in a timely manner, ensuring the smooth implementation of the project.

The successful launch of the system is attributed to the close coordination of various departments, the dedicated commitment of key users, the round-the-clock efforts of the project team and the strong support of the company's leadership.

Looking ahead, based on the SAP system, Hefei Sinyang will continue to deepen system application, optimize business processes, accelerate the deployment of systems such as MES, consolidate the foundation for Industry 4.0, and support the company in building integrated R&D, production and sales digital capabilities under the guidance of the new three-year strategy to achieve high-quality development.

The launch of this system is not only an important milestone in the informatization construction of Sinyang Group, but also ushers in a new journey of digitalization for the company.
