On March 5, 2025, the project of "High-Speed Automatic Electroplating Production Line", independently developed by Shanghai Sinyang Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd., won the Second Prize in the 2024 National Evaluation of Workers' Technological Innovation Achievements.

This evaluation brought together numerous top-tier innovation projects in China's semiconductor industry, resulting in fierce competition. Relying on the project’s technological innovation and industrialization application outcomes, Shanghai Sinyang emerged as the only award-winning entity in the field of semiconductor special-purpose equipment. It also earned high praise from the expert evaluation panel as a project that "fills the domestic technological gap", fully demonstrating the company’s technical accumulation and innovation capabilities.

The award-winning project was led by Chief Designer Wang Zhenrong, coordinated by Senior Deputy General Manager Huang Lisong, and jointly completed by core team members including Dai Zhiwen, Zhang Lu and Zhu Xiong. Faced with technical challenges, the team tackled key bottlenecks through rigorous research and hundreds of process validations, boosting the efficiency of the electroplating production line to the leading level in the industry. This fully reflects the craftsmanship spirit of striving for excellence and the synergy of a highly efficient team.

This award is not only an authoritative recognition of Shanghai Sinyang’s innovation strength, but also marks a new starting point for the company’s continuous breakthroughs.
